Great location, clean apartment. The apartment had all the facilities we needed for a short stay. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen and bathroom facilities were good. We appreciated having amenities like a hairdryer, iron, and washing machine. The balcony had a fantastic view and was a lovely spot to sit and people watch.
Despite some negative reviews about noise from the bars below, we didn't experience any disturbances during our stay. The apartment was peaceful and provided a comfortable environment for us to relax.

We had a fantastic stay at Mareverde in Costa Adeje. The apartment was perfect for us three girls, with comfortable beds and all the facilities we needed. The kitchen and bathroom were well equipped, and we even had a washing machine and iron available. The apartment was spacious and clean, and we loved sitting on the balcony with a drink, enjoying the great view and people watching. The location was also excellent, just a short walk to the beach and with easy access to swimming pools nearby. Rita, the cleaner, was friendly and easy to contact.
I do recommend this hotel.

mareverde, bellissimo appartamento a due passi dal mare in costa adeje exceeded my expectations during this summer holidays. the location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach. the apartment was clean, spacious, and had all the necessary facilities. the balcony with a great view was a bonus.
noisy at night
